About Us
At Wellbeing&Co, there is a dedicated team of coaches collaborating to create tailored wellbeing programmes for diverse groups. Our founder, Lauren, set out with a mission to spread joy and positivity, beginning with wellness sessions and workshops designed for the corporate world. Over time, it became evident that wellbeing support was needed far beyond the workplace. We recognised that many communities, often overlooked, deserve access to the care and attention that fosters their holistic health. At Wellbeing&Co, we are committed to uplifting and supporting people from all walks of life, and we are committed to supporting people according to their diverse needs.

Our mission? To spread love, gratitude, and positive vibes, guiding you towards a life of holistic wellness and self-discovery. Our goal is to empower and inspire our clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. Meet The Team

Kerry Grainger
Kerry is a dedicated social worker with qualification in 2015 and over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families. She combines coaching, advocacy, supervision, and strength-based practice with a deep understanding of mental health, transitions, and safeguarding. Kerry is passionate about empowering individuals, building emotional resilience, and promoting wellbeing.
Her work is person-centered, focused on each young person’s voice and strengths, and she collaborates with families, schools, and communities to ensure safety, stability, and positive outcomes. Through empowerment-focused coaching, Kerry helps young people grow in confidence and resilience.

Simeon Walker
Simeon has dedicated his career to working with children and young people in a a multitude of career paths some of which have been teaching (humanities) and head of pastoral. In addition to this, Simeon underwent a career change into social work where he felt he was able to better safeguard and support children and their families. Simeon would describe himself as a social butterfly and enjoys maintaining his fitness and wellbeing.


Lauren Mclouglin
Lauren is a first-year Sport and Exercise Psychology trainee at LJMU, with both undergraduate and master’s degrees in the field. She has worked with young athletes at West Bromwich Albion Girls’ ETC and Liverpool Gymnastics Academy, bringing practical experience from competitive sport environments. Lauren specializes in disordered eating, emotional eating, and comfort eating from a psychological perspective, and she is passionate about supporting young people’s wellbeing, confidence, and resilience.

Hassan Ali

Hassan is a final-year Mental Health Nurse with a background in psychology and a strong commitment to enhancing experiences within mental health services. His practice integrates psychological insight with evidence-based nursing interventions, grounded in compassionate, person-centred care. Hassan has worked across diverse settings, including inpatient psychiatric wards, rehabilitation units, community services, and liaison roles with A&E and police teams. These experiences enable him to support individuals presenting with a wide range of needs—from acute mania to severe depression—while promoting recovery, dignity, and meaningful collaboration.

Lauren Sheridan
Lauren is the founder of Wellbeing & Co, and has a strong foundation in psychology from her undergraduate studies. She is currently training to become a neuropsychologist, combining her passion for understanding the mind with her business expertise. Lauren loves the outdoors and connecting with nature — butterflies and her faith in Jesus bring her joy. After going through her own mental health struggles as a teenager and as a young adult, she is passionate about creating a safe space for people to thrive and feel understood.

Darren Lavilles
Darren is a dynamic practitioner with a deep commitment to safeguarding and youth development. A natural self-starter, he blends informed praxis with critical, innovative thinking to shape practice and services. Darren’s leadership journey spans founding a Community Interest Company focused on at-risk children and families affected by youth violence and exploitation, to advancing trauma‑informed approaches across multi‑agency safeguarding teams.
He holds extensive experience in youth and community development, youth work leadership, and safeguarding, with a strong track record in developing training, shaping policy, and driving ethical, evidence‑based practice. Darren brings a personal and professional dedication to understanding systemic issues, promoting emotional wellbeing, and empowering both young people and the staff who support them.

Louise Avilles
Louise brings extensive Autism Inclusion expertise to our team, with hands-on provision delivery, program development, and strong safeguarding practice. She specialises in leading specialist provisions, coordinating multi‑agency collaboration, and designing practical interventions (e.g., Lego therapy, friendship programmes, sensory diets). Louise is a collaborative leader who mentors staff, builds inclusive pathways for learners, and champions staff wellbeing as integral to safeguarding and student outcomes. She also has experience training yoga and mindfulness-based approaches for learners, supporting self-regulation and focus in educational settings.
